It could be more wrong

But there's not a lot of room for more incorrectitude. Kevin Drum tried the Typealyzer on his blog which analyzes your blog posts and finds your Myers-Brigg personality type. Alas, on three blogs of my own that I tried, it gave me ESTP twice and ISTP once. I'm an INFP. Not so good.

Who John Scott Is

I've seen, many times, the bumper stickers stuck on the 728 bus which read "WHOISJOHNSCOTT.COM". I've visited the link before and was puzzled and perplexed. But today, on the bus, I actually saw John Scott himself as evidenced by the stock of bumper stickers in and on his briefcase. I noticed him making some notes on a blurry photocopy of some musical score, and then saw the bumper stickers. I took the picture at the right surreptitiously, but later we had a brief conversation where he revealed that he was, indeed, John Scott, and that he had recently gotten a Dell which he "didn't know how to use." It does raise the question of how the internet presence came about.

Me famous

Or at least quotable. At the other end of the link is an example of the sort of trivial but perceptive research that I enjoy doing.
